Jennifer Ng-Rose
I have been teaching piano for 18 years. I am located in Calgary Alberta in the community of Citadel.
My piano teaching journey began while I was studying music at the University of Calgary in 2007. Duri.ng my time at university some of my favourite classes were theory, musicianship, elementary music education, and a music history class about Glenn Gould (a Canadian musician). I had always known that I would like to be music teacher when I grew up. It’s wonderful to be able to watch students grow up throughout the years and support them in their musical journey and other parts of their life.
My goal as a piano teacher is to help students learn to play and read music, discover their own musician inside of them, and to create a lifelong love of music. I hope students will remember their experiences with music in lessons long after we have finished lessons together.
